Does the foliage look milky white? My 'Bertram Anderson' got a bad case of
powdery mildew last year. I cut it back and sprayed with a fungicide and
the new growth came back looking fine. I periodically spray with fungicide
now a days to prevent the mildew from reoccuring. Hope this helps.
