Re: Blue Flowers


For an incredible blue, how about lithodora or analgallis?  Both have
intense, dark blue flowers.  Guess you could call it a gentian blue.
Lithodora can be finicky and not reliably hardy here in zone 6.  Analgallis
is a new one for me this year.  Says it is a creeper and I would welcome
this creep!

Blue flax has been one of those flowers that I long for, but haven't had
much luck with.  Can't get it to over winter, but sure wish I could.
