Hi Margaret, Oh my yes, I love dark blue flowers too. My original list of
sky blue flowers was just a warm up :). Here's my list of favorite dark
blue flowers:
Iris siberica 'Caesar's Brother', Polemonium caeruleum, Pulmonaria
'Benediction', Cerinthe 'Kiwi Blue', Ceratostigma plumbaginoides, many
Hydrangeas especially the blue lace cap, Nepeta 'Walker's Low'& '6 Hills
Giant', Phlox paniculata 'Blue Boy', Clematis macropetala, Delphinium 'King
Arthur', Lupine 'The Governor', Aster frikartii 'Moench', Aster 'Marie
Ballard', Erigeron 'Darkest of All', Veronica 'Crater Lake Blue', Salvia
patens, Campanula 'Telham Beauty', Lobelia syphilitica, Aquilegia 'Blue
Jay', Campanula 'Pouffe', Penstemon 'Blue Midnight & 'Sour Grapes',
Caryopteris 'Longwood Blue', Gentiana dahurica. So many blues, so little
space......:)
