I really wouldn't mind if my husband took some interet in the garden.
He stays indoors mostly.
But then again, I enjoy the quiet time I have to just be with nature.
My sister and mom were the indoor type and my dad and I enjoyed
gardening.
One year we moved to a place with a split level yard and my Dad decided
to become a farmer! It appeared that way, as he planted the whole upper
area with zinnias and vegetables.
He wasn't much of a flower person, but he had planted the sides of the
house with multiple colors of flags "iris".
Like any hobby, one must be interested in that sort of thing. Some women
and men consider the outdors too buggy, too humid, too cold...the list
goes on.
