Mine are just starting to open now here in zone 4. It is possible that
you have set them back a bit by moving them but I usually expect to get at
least a few blooms from a division of Shasta daisies. Dividing them is
more traumatic than just moving them.
Shasta's need to be divided about every three years or so, as they tend to
die back in the centre. You can just cut them up with a sharp spade ( I
have mine sharpened every spring anyway) and discard the centre.
