Sorry to hear of your infestation.  I live in Norwood, just southwest of
Boston and cross my fingers every time I add another lily bulb.  If you want
neem, you can order it from Gardens Alive!  in Indiana.  Last time I looked,
they didn't have a website, but you can get their address by doing a search.
If you can't find it, I'll dig it up for you.  I haven't seen neem offered
locally, but am sure it's only a matter of time.
