Watch out for that comfrey, Marie. I know it's very attractive
& it attracts many pollinators but it rivals mints for taking
over. Also like mints, any tiny bit of root that is left, as
you are tearing it out in frustration, will give you yet another
plant. You can also cut it several times each season ~ makes
wonderful mulch. I just lay the cut stalks down.
