Doreen -
We have had rain everyday here for about the past week and I have the
same--all sorts of various mushrooms popping up. The kids are fastinated
(some are really unbelievable), but they know not to touch them.
I am no expert on this topic but I can share with you what I have been told.
My husband told me that mushrooms are a sign that your garden soil is doing
it's job and that you probably have a good mix of all those little micro
organism and such.
Now is this fact.....I don't know, but my garden continues to flourish with
those little guys peaking through where they can.
Pam has been spreading mushroom compost in her garden by the truck
full....she might be able to give us some insight on this subject...because
if I know her I'm sure that she researched this product before breaking her
back with the shovel.
