Hi
I wanted to share a mistake that I made:
Last fall, I inter-planted lily of the valley through an old bed of
your basic orange tiger lilies. I thought I'd see the lily of the
valley first, then they would be covered by the foliage of the tigers.
Unfortunately this spring the tigers got ahead of the lily of the
valley despite its vigor, and in order to enjoy the little guys, I had
to rummage through the tiger foliage, cut them off and put them in a
vase inside.
Maybe this would not happen in another zone.
Anyone else on failed companions?
