Tree Peony

     What is a tree peony?  Is this different from the herbaceous peonies I 
     have such as peony lactiflora alba or 'Sarah Bernhart'?  Do they grow 
     to the size of trees? (& do they survive torrential downpours better 
     than mine.....)
