Hello fellow gardeners,
a friend of mine asked if I could
find any cures for Powdery Mildew.
I know prevention is the best remedy but that is to late for him. I have
some remedies to share
but wondered if there are any other solutions out there ?
Remedy # 1
Mix one part manure compost with five parts water
Let mixture brew for two weeks in the shade.
Filter through a cheesecloth
Spray and coat all plant surfaces every two weeks

Remedy # 2
1 Tablespoon of baking soda
2 1/2 Tablespoons of ultra-fine horticultural oil
1 gallon of water.
The oil is slightly fungicidal and helps the soda to stick to the leaf
Spray and coat all plant surfaces every two weeks

......
Remedy # 3
Strong spraying with water
........................................................................
.....
Remedy # 4
2 oz's High Grade Horticultural Oil
1/4 teaspoon of MAXICROP (soluble kelp)
4 oz,s of 3% H202 (hydrogen peroxide)
1 gallon of water
