Susan and David -
I had a friend that use to live in Chicago--I can't remember if it was the
Spring of '98 or '97 but everytime I spoke to her it was freezing there and
it seemed Chicago would have Winter forever. Crazy the way the weather
is-----It surely cannot be predicted from year to year.
