Re: what's in bloom now

Dear all

It is reassuring to realise that you're not the only plant nutter in the
world. Someone asked me recently if talking to plants makes any difference.
My reply was that I didn't know about the plants but it helped me! It's
great to hear what's looking good over there in your gardens, just thought
you might like to hear what looks good in Cornwall at the moment:-
Poppies - 'Patty's Plume, Picotee, Garden Party(Huge!), Sinbad, Beauty of
Livermere and Marcus Perry.
Hardy orchids, although I did lose some this winter
Geraniums - and the collection seems to keep growing
Alstromeria
Thalictrum aquilegifolium
Aquilegia
Gladiolus byzantinius
Nepeta
Primula japonica vars & vialli
Iris innominata & Broadleigh Peacock
Iris ensata 'Hercule'
Filipendula rubra
Dicentra spectabilis 'Alba' is still going
Diascia
Fragaria 'Pink Panda'
Lupins
Thermiopsis villosa
And it all looks glorious

Tracy Wilson . Cornwall.
