Hi Val,
I must say I paid quite a few trips to Home Depot and it was well
worth it. Got some Monarda and delphiniums for $3.00 each, and they are
thriving quite well. Also picked up various edible herbs and salad greens
for $1.00 each (water cress, oregano, marjoram, arugula, sorrel etc) also
doing well. Its good to go early in the planting season when their stock has
just arrived rather than picking over left overs. Amazing what a little bit
of change can get you.
