I can better Nina on the agapanthus! I bought two from White Flower Farm
and the things never bloomed the first year. Just a few sparse leaves and
I was so disappointed that I chucked them. Bought two one-gallon
containers of the white variety from a Home Depot. These are blooming now
to beat the band. I got two of those containers for the same price WWF
wanted for one (only $3 each at Home Depot!). Guess where I'm going for my
plants next year...
Needless to say, they're all sold out now. I wished I had gotten more to
put into the garden border. Worth digging up, I'd say, come Fall.
