Fall Bulbs

Does anyone know what kind of bulbs I can plant now for fall bloom (zone 6).
In a gardening website (stumbled upon it by accident) it lists by month and
zone what you should be doing in your garden now. And for my zone June is
the time to plant fall blooming bulbs. So which ones? Does anyone know. I
tried to find an answer to this but without success.
Also do I need to dig up my alliums before the winter for their return next
spring. I know I have to do this for my dahlias and cannas, but not my liies.
