Just to be awkward, my Heuchera 'Palace Purple' is growing in full sun in
poor, very stony soil and seems to be quite happy (when the Vine Weevils
leave it alone). However, in previous gardens I find it is happy anywhere
that doesn't get too wet in the winter.
