Hi Brenda!
I'm in St. Louis, too. I have not grown H. 'Happy Returns' myself, but
others in St. Louis report that it does not repeat quite as reliably as
'Stella d'Oro'. I am happy to hear from someone who says it does, but I am
sure it does depend upon garden conditions. No matter, 'Happy Returns' has
one unquestionable advantage over 'Stella' in any case, that is that 'Happy
Returns' has the fragrance that 'Stella' lacks. The paler yellow color is, I
think, another plus. I was thinking of adding some to my garden. Your
testimony cinches it!
