Is the tap root brittle or sensitive on the poppy mallow? I think other
plants with these long tap roots resent transplanting, and I'm wondering if
this was the case with my little fellow. It died rather quickly.
Or could it be overwatering? Because it was new, I kept the soil moist.
It was also very hot early in the season last year. I want to try it
again, but I don't want to repeat my mistakes.
