Spelling of plant names

Speaking of variations in the spelling of plant names, has anyone
else noticed that there are apparently 2 varieties of a variegated
Phlox paniculata?
I've seen both 'Darwin's Choice' and Darwin's Joyce' I'm
virtually certain that these are one in the same.
