Tom,
Whatever works for you is right for you. Just 'cause some don't
happen to love a plant does NOT mean it's not a plant unworthy of
your love. I love many plants that others disparage...pay no
nevermind to what others say when it comes to subjective
opinions...only when it comes to statements of fact, like 'this plant
will take over the world' or 'this plant has to have good drainage
or needs lots of water, sun or shade or is not hardy where I garden
(zone x)':-)
