Re: Pink bloodroot?
Hello Chris,
The subject of a particular selection of bloodroot came up on Trillium-L ... I
think. I ordered 3 from a nursery couple of years ago. They were heaved by a mole,
so only one remained last summer. Was supposed to bloom in light pink. Did not get
a chance to see it happen.
Watch it for a couple of years. This season see how long it remains pink. Next
see if it happens one more time. It is a possibility to find one doing something
different. I have seen the name of about 5 different selections of bloodroots out
there floating around. Still have to get my hands on any of them as yet,
though..... the search goes on.
