Eupatorium comes out later in the season; wait a month or so...  Cimicifuga
should be coming up in a week or two.

Same here...  In zone 5b they're not out yet, so it's just something
that will take time...

Yup!  Patience!  Go out and buy some spring pansies and get them in
the ground to keep you occupied in the meantime (that's what I did
today).  :)
