According to Peter F. Yeo 'Hardy Geraniums', G. wallichianum 'Buxton's
Variety' (syn. 'Buxton's Blue') is propagated by seed.
Not all seedlings will be identical to the parent. So keep all of your
seedlings and select only the best when they flower.
I have a few G. wallichianum forms, but not 'Buxton's Blue', though I've
seen it in gardens. These have smaller flowers, not as intensely blue.
They are usually lavender going occasionally blue with a white eye.
Other good blue geraniums are the already mentioned G. 'Brookside', G.
himalayense 'Gravetye', pale blue G. 'Blue Cloud' and G.ruprechtii.
