Artemesia 'Oriental Limelight'

Anybody grow this plant last year or have luck wintering over.  The tag reads 
hardy to 40 degrees below zero.  That is a remarkable degree of hardiness.

The plant is a beautiful variegation and also being sold as a basket plant or 
indoor plant.  I have one now and can't remember having seen it for sale 
prior to this year.  The tag further states 18 -36 inches high and free of 
bloom.  There is no species listed.

Here in upstate NY it will be indoors for a while.
