Marge: Okay - this is the plant that I bought last year and yes, it has
reproduced well via root runners but not nearly as well as my friend's in
Baton Rouge. She purchased this plant about the same time I did - her's has
spread x8. Her's is in a raised bed, part sun. A rather dryer location.
Mine is planted in a raised bed, full sun but near a water spiket---whenever
the hose is on, this plant gets soaked.
I find that it is lower growing than other Artemesia's but it's really
pretty. I would imagine that if you give it less than perfect conditions it
would remain in "check" for you.
Thanks for the name.......another tagless/nameless plant mystery solved.
