I'm not sure of the species name, I only know the plant as Artemesia 'Powis
Castle'. Is this one a thug for you guys further north too. Here in my Zone
9 it grows well but, in my opinion, isn't too aggressive.
Every two years, or so, I have to trim it back and keep it in check....other
than that, it's just a beautiful additional to my garden, especially in my
shadier areas.
