Powis Castle

Marge:
Powis Castle has survived three winters here in Bucks County, Pa zone 6b and 
did the same in North Jersey zone 6b.  However , I give it a good haircut un 
the spring, after growth has started, cutting back as much as possible before 
hitting "wood".  Killed one once by over cutting before growth started.
