Winter is driving me crazy, we had a nice warm day a few days ago-it even got
up to F 38, but the nice weather was not long lasting because we are back to
F 10.

We have had a strange 12 months with one of the wettest springs and early
summers on record. Then we had one of the driest late summers-falls on
record.
Fall and early winter was very warm with no snow, and now late winter has
been colder than normal.

Its said that this will be a good year to "weed" out the less hardy plants in
the gardens around Minnesota. For those that did not mulch their plants last
fall, one can expect some losses.
