Cincinnati Flower Show

14th Annual Cincinnati Flower Show held on the banks of Lake Como at
Coney Island.
April 23-27, 2003    The only flower show in N. America to earn RHS
endorsement.
The Floral Ferris Wheel, more than 3o feet in diameter will be
introduced.
Floating garden exhibit in Lake Como includes topiary swans floating
serenely on the water.
Grand Marquee will feature 40 landscape gardens and single genus displays
such as hostas, caladiums, alstroemerias, violas and daffodils.
One of the most popular attractions are the Dramatic Table Settings: 
works of art from interior designers, artists and amateur stylists.  The
spotlight table this year has been designed by Tiffany & Co.
Other popular areas are Container Gardens and Window Boxes in an English
streetscape.
 A 'back-by-popular demand' exhibit is Country Living Gardener's Ask The
Experts.  Questions from the audience will be taken and demonstrations
given from planting to pruning.
The Marketplace offers a broad selection of gardening products from 100
vendors in 30 states:  clippers to conservatories.  
The Plant Market offers a wide selection of annuals, perennials, herbs,
shrubs, trees and indoor plants.  
Admission is $15, for adults, $3. for children ages 3-12.
