This is not fair to gardeners in New York and New England. We are scheduled
for two more days of snow. Somebody up here must have done something awful
for all this punishment. The stores have shorts and summerwear, it is so
funny. Six foot snowbanks and summer ( picnic stuff and paint sales ) is in
Walmart. Walmart has a new garden shop and the clerks, poor clerks, are out
there in big fat jackets and gloves, freezing. Our mailbox, or parts of it,
has finally emerged from the snowbanks. It is nice to think of most of you
being able to do some gardening.
