Do we dare believe that under Garden Alive's Management we may see a truly 
new Michigan Bulb?  Even if they've cleaned up their act, they've got a 
horrible reputation to overcome. You'd think GA, if they wanted to keep that 
business alive and improve it, would use the physical assets acquired, and 
launch a new business under a new name to overcome the negative reputation, 
though, if there truly is a change.
