Gardens Alive has owned the F&G companies for about a
year now, and recent email from my web site still has
complaints from their customers. It doesn't look like
GA has done much to improve the service or quality
yet. One of their marketing reps contacted me a couple
weeks ago to ask for a link to another of their
companies (Rocky Mountain Meadows) and I took the
opportunity to tell them they needed to shape up. I
like GA products, the ones I've tried anyway, so
perhaps there's hope.
Stark's was also owned by F&G, but I think they were
bought by someone other than GA.
