===>To the best of my knowledge they were sold to GA along with the rest of 
Foster and Gallagher's companies. Dayton (Ohio) people tell me that if they 
go to Spring Hill, just north of Dayton, and buy plants in person they get 
pretty good stock. I saw an ad or mailing from them recently, so they are 
apparently still operating under that name.
