Moderator help

I do not know if we have a volunter moderator or not but see below problem.  
Tom any answers?




  I receive
messages from the perennials list, but when I try to send to it, my post
gets returned to me, with the reason being "we don't like spam".  

Could I impose on you to contact the list person to ask what I need to
do?
