Re: Comments on Jerry Baker America's Master Gardener

Marge and Marilyn,

I get tired of the local PBS station constantly badgering viewers for cash. I
wonder what percent goes to the station and how much goes to the fund raiser.
I send my membership in each year but not during the fund drives. They were
hawking a set of Jerry Baker videos and some other stuff for $250 donation. I
also give them a business donation for the annual auction drive in the
spring.

Some of the shows are good on our local PBS station, but there are a lot of
recycled material.

I plan to write to the station with some criticisms of the show and I would be
curious what the response would be. I just get tired of these media people
allowing such hogwash to be aired. And the remedies are not safe either.
