None of my hellebores are growing in water.  After growing do not water except the ones that got too much light during the past hot dry summer.  Compost and some lime maybe needed.  My problem is getting rid of hundreds of seedlings.  Can't miss deadheading even one plant.

I got a couple a few years ago –Amber Gem and Onyx Odyssey; nice color combo. Mine aren’t open yet though.

Large flower, great substance, open form...what is not to like about
this flower. Well, should be there all year, maybe. Probably would
not be as special if bloomed all year though.
