Re: Pascalli

Hi All, 

I'm new to the list and was wondering is there anyone out there who could
help me?  I have a Hybrid Tea Rose called Pascalli..The problem is it never
seems to grow right..it looks weak and spindly ...Its well established as
this will be its fourth year in the rose bed. All the other roses are doing
great in that bed. This rose already has leaf buds coming out ..I live in
Zone 6 I think.  What else could I do to get the growth stronger...the
shoots on this are not even as big as a pencil?
