whirlygig gaillardias

I've been asked by a customer of a friend to see if I could track down
whirlygig gaillardias.  The seeker bought one in Oregon a few years ago,
and he wants more.  It's a little taller than the Goblin.  The other
question both have is whether the plant is sterile.  My friend has tried to
germinate the seeds unsuccessfully for two years.  Thanks very much,
