Personally, I think vetch should be outlawed from the planet.  I had it in a
client's garden and after three years of roundup and manual digging out, it
flourished.  I'd think long and hard about this one!!!

How is your bank sited?  Sun or shade?  There are many other groundcovers
that could be used instead.
