I don't go through a lot of expense when I want to pot-up my seedlings.
Just use 16 oz. styrofoam cups and punch three holes in the bottom.  Isn't
the most attractive thing, but they're cheap, sterile, and provide a whole
lot of root run before you plant out in the garden.
