Just wanted to pass on that I have used sawdust for the last two years.
Yes, I do let it sit awhile, but I don't get carried away with this point.
I have found that it is a great deterrent for slugs. Guess they don't find
it feels good on their slimy little bodies.
Did you know that the leaves of roses remove that sliminess?
