I bought from Michigan Bulb last year, and the only complaint I have is
the tons of sweepstakes junk I continue to get from them. Everything I
purchased lived, but we did have an unusual summer last year. I haven't
ordered anything from them this year, as I have found other catalogs
that the quality is excellent and the prices are pretty much
comparable. In addition, they never mention the invasive qualities of
certain plants, a factor that is definitely to be considered.
You might think about waiting and going to a perennial exchange or a
perennial sale put on by your local gardening clubs or Master Gardener
Association, though. In addition to reasonable pricing, you also get
advice you may need on growing a particular plant in your area.
