There is a lady here in town that buys (or used to) all her perennials
from Van B's to sell at the local Farmers Market.  She says that she no
longer cares for their quality.
She's knowledgable....when they closed their working vegetable farm on
Long Island, NY, the NY Times wrote a 6 page article about it.
