Yes, we did!  I don't remember the year but do remember it happening.
The main complaint that I remember is that it was dangerous for the children
to walk to school in the dark!  Or wait for busses in the dark.  Seems like
someone locally was hit by a passing vehicle.  We had quite a lot of snow
which added to the problem.  People would walk in the street because of the
snow or around snowpiles and motorists couldn't see them well enough.

Something else interesting --
There are 2 states that do not change time --
Indiana and Arizona.
Isn't all this trivia fascinating!!
