RE: Day light savings time

Hi Sue,
WHen I was growing up in AZ we had daylight savings time and I loved it as
a kid. You didn't even come in the house til after 9p.m. we always felt like
we were getting away with something not having to go to bed til 10 or so. I
believe the reason they dropped it was because of the heat. People were
eager for the sun to go down so the day would cool off. They wanted their
light to work in the morning when it was cool. That's just what I
remember and I may be wrong.
Kris in northern CA where it's cool all the time. : )
