Wow, everyone! I got to laughing ruefully when I read the follow-up
messages. Considering the collections of some members on this list, how
could you POSSIBLY keep track of everything in your garden?! When I think
in terms of what I have, which is relatively small and mundane compared to
some, my mouth got ahead of my brain and in came the foot.
It wasn't until I read the message from the gentleman about the hostas that
I had to laugh. Ask me what mine are and I'll tell you "green, blue, or
variegated"! And Marge, I'm not so young that I don't forget, too. I
can't tell you how many times I dug up a hibiscus before it had a chance to
come out in the spring or dug over a late-starting perennial in the spring.
Sort of just tears my theory about labels all to h*ll, huh? : - )
