Hmm cannot give you a specific answer, But an observation. Many seed raised
Phlox paniculata do not like to bloom, ( I notice this 12 years ago-maybe at
that time some seed strains were incorporated that had less genetic potential
for flowering) why this is I do not have an explanationtion. If you are open
to a suggestion-Remove the old ones and buy some named clones. If you want a
list of recommended ones I can compose one for you. They are not expensive
plants and should be easy to grow and bloom every year for you.
