For anyone interested in variegated everything:

Variegated Foliage Nursery - variegated foliage, exotic and rare plants,
trees, shrubs, hostas</A>
This is a nursery belong to Stan Megos, a gardener and nurseryman who
collects, propagates and sells variegated everything. He has had a catalog
in the past and may ship plants. He will come and talk to a group if a
reasonable distance. He is in Connecticut.
You would be amazed at what he has accumulated. I do not know about
rosebushes but there seems to be a plentiful supply of everythng else.
Variegated plants were thought to be "sick" in past years and approached by
gardeners with disdain. They seem to be a cult offering now planted with
little fear of viruses.
There is also a newsletter and website for "Anything But Green".
