Bill,
Do you mean back to basics, first you dig a hole? I had hoped they would
produce a horticultural show - does anyone remember Thalassa Cruso? Thalassa
would get a plant up on the table and whack away with the shears then dump it
upside down to repot, the first garden show I watched.
While not every listener would like every show, that is probably the case
with any program. We have a garden column in the Sunday paper. In fall it
is bulbs, then it is holiday plants, etc. very predictable and stuff every
gardener has read many times. Yesterday it was how to care for your lawn.
Maybe TV and newspapers will not print garden news with more depth.
Why don't we have a Henry Mitchell type syndicated? We could lean on Gene to
try it.
I'll try to remember to look in next Saturday.
